Please refer below for the most update information about the fuel surcharge for export shipment from Japan.

Detailed conditions of the fuel surcharge are as follows:


* Effective date of the above surcharge is 01 December 2016, (M)AWB issued date.
* The surcharge is applicable on the chargeable weight shown on the (M)AWB.
* The surcharge is not applicable to Minimum Charge shipment.
* Please add the fuel surcharge code “MY” and the applicable amount in the “Other Charges” field on the (M)AWB. In addition, please add the fuel surcharge amount along with the other charges in “Total Other Charges Due Carrier” column on the (M)AWB.
* The surcharge may be paid either on PP or CC basis; however, it should be consistent with the payment of freight charge.
