China Airlines will launch a new Forwarder Account Service System (FASS) on 21 Mar to replace old AGoGo system. The FASS main functions are「INVOICE Inquiry」and「STOCK Distribution」which aims to provide a streamlined Neutral AWB STOCK application and approval procedure for forwarders. The FASS system will be introduced in two phases.

Phase 1: The first phase includes Taiwan, China, USA, Canada, Europe, SGN, SIN, HNL, JKT and KUL stations.

Phase 2: The second phase provides service on 1 June for rest areas.
